In SPAIN:

In ENGLAND:

~ In-form anf Forgotten Super Eagles defender "Danny Shittu" and his Milwall folks made it five wins out of five in the (2-1) win over Derby County.
~ Super Eagles invitee "Shola Amoebi" came on as a substitute for Demba Cisse, but West Ham United held firm to a (1-0) win.
~ John Obi Mikel continued to silence critics with an outstanding performance in the colours of Chelsea who were forced to a score draw by Liverpool at the Bridge. Fellow Nigerian "Victor Moses" was a second half substitute.

In BELGIUM:
~ Derick Chuka couldn't sustain his great form as he fired blank in OUD's (1-1) draw away at Kortrijk FC.
~ Michael Uchebo came on as a second half substitute in Cercle Brugges (2-2) draw at home to FC Genk.

In RUSSIA:
~ Ahmed Musa sent yet another warning to Nigeria's AFCON 2013 rivals with a brace in CSKA Moscow's (3-1) win away to Kuban Krasnodar.
~ The introduction of Obinna Nsofor almost paid dividend for Locomotiv Moscow in a pulsating (1-1) draw with Anzhi.

In SOUTH AFRICA:
~ Moroka Swallows goalie "Greg Etafia" was fantastic in goal in the (1-1) draw at home to Jame Okwuusa's Chippa United.

In ISRAEL:
~ Dele Aiyenugba showed why he should be Eagles #1 at AFCON with breath-taking saves in Bnei Yehuda's (3-1) destruction of Netanya.
~ Austin Ejide was in action for Hapoel Beer Sheba in their (2-2) draw away at Hapoel Acco.
~ Vincent Enyeama was on the loosing side in the Tel Aviv derby. Hapoel defeated arch rivals, Maccabi one-nil on Sunday.

In TUNISIA:
~Orok Akarandut made case for a national team inclusion with a superlative display in the starting weekend of the Tunisian League. The former Akwa United and Enyimba striker set up two of the three goals in Stade Tunisien's (3-1) win over Es Hamam.

In HOLLAND:
~ On-Loan Chelsea defender "Kenneth Omeru" continued his development in the colours of ADO Don Hagg as they were held to a (2-2) draw by AZ Alkmaar. He also saw yellow in the 76th minute.

In SCOTLAND:
~ Efe Ambrose & Celtic continued their poor form in the SPL. He was taken off in the 83rd minutes. Fellow Nigerian "Rabiu Ibrahim" settled for a bench role as St. Johnstone fought back with a late equalizer.

In POLAND:
~ Jagiellona FC had Ugo Ukah to thank for, following his commanding display in defence which earned them a (2-1) victory at Legia Warsaw.

In Portugal:
~Elderson Uwa was susbstituted in the 88th minute of action as Braga lost its second successive game in the Super-Liga.
~ The Introduction of John Ogbu brought life to the attacking structure of FC Academica but could not stop FC Porto from winning (2-1) at the Estadio De Dragoa.

In SWEDEN:
~ Daniel Chima's Solitary effort helped Malmo FF earn maximum points at home to Honefoss.

In FRANCE:
~ Simon Zenke notched a 50th minute equalizer, but Nancy went on to loose (1-3) to Rennes.

In TURKEY:
~ While his mother does the business on movie sets, Nduka Ozukwo does his with the round leather game made of pig skin and 32 leather panels. The play-maker was contributory to FC Mersin's (1-1) draw at Galatasaray.
~ Kalu Uche continued his push for a national team recall scoring late on to share the Spoils between Kasimpasa and Isaac Promise's Antalyaspor.
~ A great sigh of relief for Stephen Keshi as Joseph Yobo lasted all 90 in Fernabache's (2-1) win over Orduspor. Yobo's first full action in 60 days.
~ Chikeluba Ofoedu hit the woodwork as 1461 Trabzon forced Gaziantep BB to a (1-1) draw.

In UKRAINE:
~ With Lukman Haruna pulling the strings in the middle of the pack, Brown Ideye grabbed a brace in Dynamo Moscow's (5-0) demolishing of Zaporizhia.
~ Michael Odibe was a torjan in Dnipro's (0-0) draw at illichivet.

In QATAR:
~ Al Jesh were given some tutorials by Al Ahmarkhiya. Enugu breed "Kastan Igwe" capped a brilliant performance with a 50th minute strike in the later's (4-0) win.
